IT / Website Committee

There is a chairperson and 2 to 4 members.

When: Second Monday of every month in the Boardroom at 9:00am.

Purpose: Maintain the HOA web site and all Information Technology related items.

The IT Committee is tasked with maintaining electronics and computers owned by the HOA. More specifically the computers, phones, its network, and Audio Visual systems.

The IT Committee members are on-call 24/7 to assist the Board of Directors and the management staff with IT issues. Normally, they work on projects approved by the Board or the General Manager and the work is done directly by the volunteer committee members rather than contractors. Costs for such projects is material only.
