Description:

A place to learn about the benefits of a whole food, plant-based diet, with minimal reading required as we will read chapters and articles from nationally renowned doctors and scientists.  Kaiser Permanente states, “Do you want to improve, stabilize, or even reverse a chronic condition such as heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes, or high blood pressure?  If you answered yes, then a plant-based eating plan may be for you.”

The purpose of this group is to learn, get encouragement, and support each other on our quest for better health and a vibrant life.

Please be prepared by bringing a notebook and pen in order to take notes. I look forward to seeing you.
