Description:

This group meets to play bocce ball at the courts, located in the south-west corner of the Lodge grounds. Currently we get together on Tuesday evening  at 6:00 pm and play until about 7:30 pm. In warmer months we move the start time back to 7:00 pm for cooler playing conditions.  (We don’t play if it is raining or exceeds 100 degrees in the summer.) If you are not familiar with the game it is  easy  to learn and offers moderate exercise throwing 2lb. balls. Beginners are always welcome, and often do as well as seasoned players. We choose teams before the game and play for FUN only, often rooting for opposing players as well as out teammates.
