The ARC Committee meets the second Thursday at 11:00 am.
Purpose: To complete fair and consistent review of exterior improvements or modifications to ensure that improvements adhere to guidelines established by the Architectural Standards and Procedures (10/2024).
If you are preparing to make any modification to the external parts of your home you will need to obtain approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
Here are the Architectural Review forms that you must fill out and provide to the ARC for approval.
