Any modification to the exterior of your home requires prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). This is to ensure that everyone conforms to the Architectural Standards and Procedures.
ARC Committee meets monthly on the second Thursday of each month at 11:00 a.m. The date and time of the meeting is subject to change as determined necessary by the ARC members and will be posted as needed. Applications are due by 5pm, on the first Friday of every month in order to be included on the ARC’s agenda.
Note: The ARC Committee meetings are closed session. However you may request from the committee chair to be present while your application is being discussed.
