The Newsletter Committee meets on the 23rd or 24th of the month at 3:00 pm.

Purpose:
Our newsletter is called “The Messenger”. It is published each month on or near the first.  It is automatically emailed to residents that have op-ed-in for the email. Printed copies are also available at the front desk.  To op-in for the email delivery, ask at the front desk.

The objectives of the committee are to:

• Build Community.
• Provide information of value to the residents.
• Develop and maintain communication.
• Learn the computer programs and processes that Management uses to assist in the creation of the newsletter.
• Develop and maintain financial backing for newsletter.
• To provide the homeowners with suggestion items given at the Board Meetings and any actions that are being taken or not and why.
• To appoint someone from the committee to give a report at the monthly board meeting if the chairperson cannot attend.
