Description:

The Art Club was established to cater to the needs of residents with an interest in learning to paint from professional instructors at a reduced fee. This class starts with beginner skills and advances to the intermediate level.  Currently, there is a weekly watercolor class and periodic drawing classes using the local environment as subjects.

In addition, free art-related events are offered throughout the year for the community. Past events have included an art gallery hop, origami, plein air sketching, movie matinees that explored the impact of art in our lives, card making, and exploring mixed media.
