Description:

The Art Club was organized to meet the needs of residents with an interest in learning to paint from professional teachers at a reduced fee. This class starts with beginner  skills and advances to the intermediate level.  Currently there is a weekly watercolor class and periodic drawing classes using local environment as subjects.

In addition, free art related events are offered monthly for the community. Past events have included an art gallery hop, pleine air sketching, movie matinees that explored the impact of art in our life, card making, and demos and paint alongs and exploring mixed media.
