Any modification to the exterior of your home requires prior approval from the Landscape & Architectural Review Committee (ARC). This is to ensure that everyone conforms to the Architectural Standards and Procedures.
Landscape and ARC Committee meets monthly (please check newsletter calendar for date and time). The date and time of the meeting is subject to change as determined necessary by the ARC members and will be posted as needed. Applications are due by 2pm, four business days prior to the ARC meeting in order to be included on the ARC’s agenda.
Note: The ARC Committee meetings are closed session. However you may request from the committee chair to be present while your application is being discussed.
